Shipping

We strive to provide excellent service to our valued customers. As soon as we have processed your order and the product is ready for shipment, we will notify you without delay. Together with the notification, we will send you the tracking number for your parcel, so you can conveniently follow your shipment all the way to delivery. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Product availability

The products in the Bazziko range are procured to order and are not continuously held in stock.

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding contractual offer, but an invitation to the customer to place an order. Product availability is confirmed after the order has been received, based on the confirmation of the manufacturer or distributor.

Delivery times

The delivery times shown on the website are indicative and not binding. The actual delivery time may vary depending on product availability, manufacturing lead time, country of origin and the distributor's logistics processes.

After receiving the order, Bazziko checks product availability and informs the customer of the expected delivery time before the final confirmation of the order.

Shipping costs by manufacturer

Shipping costs depend on the manufacturer and on the order value. Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds are set in Hungarian forints (HUF).

The thresholds below apply to the net value (excluding VAT) of the ordered products, after any discounts have been deducted. The shipping fees shown are also net amounts. Shipping fees are subject to the same 27% VAT as the products, and this VAT is included in the total shown at checkout. For your information, the gross amounts including VAT are shown in brackets.

If an order contains products from more than one manufacturer, the shipping fee is charged separately for each manufacturer, as the products arrive in separate parcels.

Faro Barcelona:

Shipping is free for orders with a net value of HUF 451,250 (HUF 573,088 gross) or more.
For orders below this value, the shipping fee is HUF 22,050 net (HUF 28,004 gross).
Availability and delivery time depend on the manufacturer's confirmation.

Aromas del Campo:

Shipping is free for orders with a net value of HUF 737,000 (HUF 935,990 gross) or more.
For orders below this value, the shipping fee is HUF 18,375 net (HUF 23,336 gross).
Availability and delivery time depend on the manufacturer's confirmation.

Rendl Light:

Free shipping.
Availability and delivery time depend on the manufacturer's confirmation.

Lexon:

The shipping fee depends on the net order value of the Lexon products. The net fees are as follows:

Up to HUF 14,700: HUF 551.25
From HUF 14,700.01 to HUF 22,050: HUF 918.75
From HUF 22,050.01 to HUF 29,400: HUF 1,286.25
From HUF 29,400.01 to HUF 36,750: HUF 1,653.75
From HUF 36,750.01 to HUF 73,500: HUF 2,756.25
From HUF 73,500.01 to HUF 147,000: HUF 5,512.50

Personal pickup at our Budapest office

Instead of home delivery, you can also collect your order in person at our Budapest office. To do so, select the "Personal pickup" shipping method at checkout.

For personal pickup, we charge the cost of shipping the product from the manufacturer to our office, according to the conditions set out above for each manufacturer.

As soon as the product has arrived at our office and is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email or phone. Please provide your order number when collecting. We will keep the product for 10 business days from the date of the notification.

Order confirmation

The receipt of an order does not in itself mean its automatic acceptance and does not result in the conclusion of a contract. The sales contract is concluded only after the express confirmation of the product's availability and the expected delivery time.
